Who'll Stop the Rain?

The age-old question was asked earlier today, "Who'll stop the rain?" When the news came that the races were to be cancelled it came as an enormous disappointment to the team for obvious reasons.

Bret was certainly ready and willing to show off his new 1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass to the Norway crowd. In a brief telephone conversation Bret commented, "I'm unable to express the level of disappointment we all feel right now, but this only gives us one more week to make sure the car is prime. On behalf of the team we are all sorry our fans and sponsors were unable to witness the race, and we encourage you all to show up next Friday night."

You can also see Bret tomorrow afternoon at Thunder Valley Speedway at one of the first practices of the year for the track. Jeff and Dan Dehanke will also be practicing for their first year in racing up at Thunder Valley.
