After Vacations Teams Look Great!

Last week Widdis Racing was subject to yet another cancelled race due to rain over the Norway Speedway. As Sunday rolled around the team was looking forward to maintaining the points lead for one more consecutive week at Thunder Valley Raceway, but it would once again rain on their parade before the feature race was able to get underway! Essentially the Widdis Racing team took a nice vacation from the sport last week.

Jeff Dehanke of Dehanke Racing was also taking a nice vacation from the sport out of town. He was able to relax for one weekend before he hits it hard once again this Sunday! Dehanke has continuously improved his lap times each and every weekend around Thunder Valley Raceway showing his rookie label is just that, a label! Dehanke has proven himself to be anything but a rookie in his first few races. He has quickly caught on to many fundamental racing aspects that take many years to find out.

Both teams are hungry for the weekend to arrive for they have both had "vacations". Your humble correspondent must say I feel terrible for the opposing drivers this weekend that must compete against these two magnificent competitors. I am content in knowing that neither driver will be competing against each other this weekend!

Don't forget Bret Widdis races TONIGHT at 8:00 Eastern time at the Norway Speedway in Norway, Michigan and both teams race Sunday afternoon at 1:00 Eastern time at the Thunder Valley Raceway in Sands, Michigan. We hope you can make it out to watch these two outstanding competitors.
